7-Day Return Window

At VORA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Refund Process

Upon successful inspection and approval of your return, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment or your designated bank account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI, based on the details provided by you at the time of return request.

VORA reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
